About The Position

Applicants will be considered for any general labor type opening on the 1st (DAY) shift only. This part-time position requires a minimum of 10 hours and a maximum of 30 hours per week. Part-Time Workers are REQUIRED to work the 1st day of the week (Monday) and the last day of the week (Thursday). Applicants will be considered for openings in any class 1 position in pack-out departments.

Requirements

Must work a minimum of 10 hours with a maximum of 30 hours per week.
Must work the 1st day of the week (Monday) and the last day of the week (Thursday).
Ability to perform standing, walking, bending, stretching, climbing, pushing, pulling, gripping, and reaching.
Ability to perform repetitive wrist, elbow, and shoulder movements.
Ability to lift 40 to 70 pounds.
Ability to work in a cold, damp, hot and humid environment with slippery surfaces.
Willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.
Ability to work with others in order to adhere to Tyson's safety culture.
If previously employed at Tyson, there is a 180-day waiting period before reapplication.
Applicants who have worked for Tyson Foods 3 or more times are not eligible for rehire.
