2nd Shift GENERAL LABOR - (August 2026) - Tyson of Rogers
About The Position
This position is responsible for but not limited to: Must be able to understand and agree to follow Safety Rules. Must be willing to push, pull, carry, and/or lift 40+ pounds for some positions. Must be willing to work in damp, cold or hot environments, reach above shoulder level. Must be able to perform the duties of the position. Be willing to stand 8- 10 hours a day. Must wear PPE, ear protection (plugs or muffs), hair net and beard guard. Must be able to maneuver around freely as needed. Must have good hand/eye coordination. Must be willing to climb up and down steps/stairs to get to and from the work areas when needed.
Requirements
- Must be able to understand and agree to follow Safety Rules
- 180 days (6 months) waiting period for former Tyson Foods team members
- Max of two previous Tyson employments to be considered for hire
- This position is slated for team members who are currently working at this facility or complex only
- Team members interested in transferring into this position from another Tyson facility should express interest through their local HR Partner
- Willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation
