About The Position
This role involves assisting in the processing of raw materials, general sanitation of equipment and facilities, and inspecting finished products for defects to ensure quality standards are met. The position requires the ability to lift, carry, and move heavy loads as needed. Responsibilities also include reporting equipment issues or unsafe conditions to management and communicating effectively with coworkers to ensure efficient production and meet deadlines. Understanding policies and procedures as required is also part of the role.
