About The Position

Stanley Steemer is seeking motivated and ambitious team players with a passion for customer service and sales to join their team as Residential Floor Technicians. These technicians are responsible for maintaining and cleaning floors in residential settings, using specialized equipment to remove stains, dirt, and allergens on various surfaces like carpet, tile, grout, LVT, and upholstery. The role offers genuine career opportunities with in-depth training and a promote-from-within approach. Technicians are eligible for commission on additional sales/services on top of base pay upon completion of training. These are field-based positions requiring travel in and around the surrounding area.

Requirements

Flexibility to work Saturdays and overtime
Experience using hand tools
Attention to detail and the ability to work safely and efficiently
Valid, US driver's license
Able to move/lift/push/pull/carry an average of 50lbs
At least 19 years of age to drive company vehicles
Must pass a drug screening, background check, and motor vehicle record check

Nice To Haves

Power tools experience
Related experience and/or training in sales and working with the public, or equivalent combination experience
Clean driving record
