About The Position

The General Labor position is responsible for supporting production operations in a manufacturing environment. This role requires the ability to read and follow a sequence of instructions and perform a variety of manual and machine-assisted tasks.

Requirements

• Ability to read and follow a sequence of instructions.
• Ability to perform a variety of manual and machine-assisted tasks.
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs.
• Ability to push two buttons simultaneously using both hands.
• Ability to grip and install small clips.
• Ability to use hands or feet to activate machinery.
• Ability to enter quality measurements using a computer tablet.
• Ability to use simple gauges.
• Ability to listen carefully, follow directions, and maintain attention to detail.
• Ability to demonstrate respect and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Read and follow work instructions accurately.
• Lift up to 20 lbs. as needed during the shift.
• Push two buttons simultaneously using both hands to operate equipment safely.
• Grip and install small clips as part of the assembly process.
