About The Position

This role involves representing the company's image through actions and demeanor, and ensuring proper product distribution to client facilities in accordance with contractual obligations. The position requires delivering commissary items to scheduled client facilities, ensuring trucks/vans are properly loaded, and completing vehicle inspections before each route. A significant portion of the time is spent inside client facilities, and the role requires the ability to work effectively both in teams and independently with minimal supervision.

Requirements

Valid G License
Experience driving 16’ Cube Truck
Drivers Abstract required - Personal and Commercial
Lifting approx. 50lbs, standing and walking for up to 8hrs
Police Clearance Check required
A valid G-License and good driving record is required
Strong communication and written skills
Ability to deal with challenging situations
Physically able to carry out duties of position

Responsibilities

Deliver Commissary items to scheduled client’s facilities.
Ensure truck/van is properly loaded and vehicle inspections are completed prior to beginning each day’s route.
Represent the company’s image at all times by your actions and demeanor and self-image.
Maintain proper product distribution to client facilities as per Clients and Compass’s contractual obligations.
Work well in teams and independently with minimal supervision.
