About The Position
We are seeking Construction General Laborers to support daily field operations and maintain safe, productive work areas on heavy civil construction projects.
Requirements
- Ability to perform physical labor in outdoor environments.
- Awareness of construction hazards and safety practices.
- Dependability, accountability, and consistent attendance.
- Strong work ethic and team-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to cross-train and support multiple crews or tasks.
- Ability to lift, bend, and perform physical work for extended periods.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in heavy civil construction and experience working around heavy equipment strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Perform general labor, material handling, and site cleanup.
- Spot equipment and guide operators during operations.
- Work safely around moving equipment and active work zones.
- Set up and maintain work areas and traffic control as directed.
- Assist multiple crews based on project needs.
- Follow supervisor direction and all site safety requirements.
