This position is responsible for but not limited to: Must be able to understand and agree to follow Safety Rules. Must be willing to push, pull, carry, and/or lift 40+ pounds for some positions. Must be willing to work in damp, cold or hot environments, reach above shoulder level. Must be able to perform the duties of the position. Be willing to stand 8- 10 hours a day. Must wear PPE, ear protection (plugs or muffs), hair net and beard guard. Must be able to maneuver around freely as needed. Must have good hand/eye coordination. Requirements

  • Prior Employee Waiting Period: If you were previously employed at Tyson, there’s a 180-day waiting period before you can reapply.
  • Number of Times Worked at Tyson: You can apply if you’ve worked at Tyson no more than two times.
  • Failed Drug Screen - if you had a failed drug screen, you must wait 6 months before reapplying.
