About The Position

Small Lot Packaging General Labor for a Tier 1 Automotive Supplier in Chesterfield on day shift. This role involves visually inspecting and packaging parts into plastic totes with correct quantities in a fast-paced environment. Accuracy is crucial as parts are hand-packed. Hilo experience is required, and past shipping and receiving experience is beneficial. Reliable and consistent attendance is essential.

Requirements

• Capable to visually inspect and correctly package and label parts into plastic totes with correct quantities in a fast pace environment.
• Must be able to follow written instructions and process daily run sheets.
• Accuracy is a key component, as the parts are hand packed.
• Hilo experience required.
• Reliable, consistent attendance is a requirement and an essential function of this position.
• Lifting plastic totes weighing up to 30 pounds and relocating them within the packing area throughout the day.
