About The Position

This is a 2nd Shift General Labor position working Monday through Thursday from 2:30 PM to 12:30 AM. The role involves working in a production environment, adhering to all safety procedures, quality processes, and meeting targeted build rates. Responsibilities include ensuring products are built to specification and accurately, maintaining high productivity for on-time delivery, upholding housekeeping standards, and collaborating with team members. Daily tasks may include assembling, stacking, wrapping, stapling, gluing, stickering, and taping boxes.

Requirements

• 1+ years in a manufacturing/production environment
• Ability to work safely adhering to all safety processes and policies
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds on a repeatedly on a regular basis
• Must be able to stand for 8-10 hours a day
• Bend, stand, squat, twist repeatedly

Nice To Haves

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred

Responsibilities

• Follow proper safety procedures and processes
• Ensure the product being built is built to spec and 100% accurate
• Maintain the highest level of productivity to ensure 100% on time delivery to our customers
• Maintain the housekeeping standards of the plant
• Work as a team with all team members of the facility
• Assembling, stacking, wrapping, stapling, gluing, stickering, and taping boxes
