About The Position

At Conagra Brands' Troy Conagra Plant, we are producing Slim Jim's, an American meat snack. This role reports to the product supervisor and involves monitoring and troubleshooting production equipment to ensure continuous production. You will join a team of over 1000 associates.

Requirements

• Lifting up to 30 pounds.
• Climbing stairs.
• Using hands to move things.
• Working in a manufacturing environment with large machinery and moving parts that can be noisy.
• Overtime may be needed to ensure fulfillment of production demand.

Responsibilities

• Working on the production line and supplying the lines to ensure a continuous production flow.
• Performing product checks to ensure quality for consumers.
• Collaborating with all departments to support production demand and maintain product quality standards.
• Maintaining a clean work area to comply with food safety and OSHA requirements.
