About The Position
Roberts Janitorial & Staffing Solutions is hiring general construction laborers to join our crew on active job sites throughout the Valley. This is hands-on, physical work supporting our construction cleaning and move-in/move-out services.
Requirements
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for full shifts
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Punctual, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Must pass background check
Nice To Haves
- Prior moving, warehouse, janitorial, or construction experience a plus (not required)
Responsibilities
- Move, lift, and pack furniture and building contents safely and efficiently
- Load, unload, and transport materials and equipment on-site
- Perform rough clean, final clean, and detail cleaning of newly constructed units and common areas
- Remove debris, packaging, and construction waste
- Follow all safety protocols and site-specific instructions
- Work well independently and as part of a team
