About The Position

The General Labor 2nd Shift position is essential for supporting the operational efficiency and productivity of our facility during the evening hours. This role involves performing a variety of physical tasks that contribute to the smooth functioning of production, maintenance, and logistics activities. The successful candidate will ensure that work areas are clean, organized, and safe, while assisting with material handling, equipment operation, and assembly tasks as needed. This position plays a critical role in meeting production deadlines and maintaining quality standards by providing reliable and consistent labor support. Ultimately, the role contributes to the overall success of the team by maintaining a productive and safe work environment during the second shift.

Requirements

  • Ability to perform physical labor including lifting, standing, and repetitive tasks for extended periods.
  • Basic understanding of workplace safety practices and willingness to follow safety guidelines.
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality, especially for the 2nd shift schedule.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and follow instructions from supervisors.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States.
  • Physical stamina and the ability to perform manual tasks safely and efficiently, which are essential for daily operations such as lifting, moving materials, and operating equipment.
  • Attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols help prevent accidents and maintain a secure work environment.
  • Communication skills enable effective collaboration with team members and supervisors to ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time.

Nice To Haves
