About The Position

This role involves working on the warehouse floor approximately 90% of the time, with the remaining 10% dedicated to office work for reporting requirements. The position requires completing daily audits, documenting errors, and clearing the outbound audit station of system or quality issues. Collaboration with Supervisors and the Shift Manager is essential to identify and address areas not meeting standards.

Requirements

• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, and the warehouse management system.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with others in a close working environment.
• Ability to work as a team with internal and external employees of the company.
• Ability to work effectively with other staff members to accomplish tasks and departmental projects.
• Ability to adapt to changes in the work environment.
• Ability to manage competing demands.
• Ability to manage priorities amidst frequent change, delays, or unexpected events.
