About The Position

This is a 2nd Shift Position, 2:30pm-10:30pm. The employee is responsible for handling materials, candy, and producing product. They must set up, change-over, and run lines and/or assist packaging employees. They are responsible for sanitation, quality, productivity, and safety in their area. Position requires the ability to work overtime, which may include varying start times, end times, and weekends dependent on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to all Good Manufacturing Policies (GMPs)
• Assists anytime the line is in a scrap mode
• Assists in other facets of production as needed
• Work at different work stations as production needs require
• Conducts assigned work in a safe manner and adheres to safety methods
• Responsible for finished goods
• Responsible for verifying and executing pallet patterns where applicable
