About The Position

Willingness to work in any processing department and/or any available shift. Requirements

Willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.
Willingness to work in a very cold environment.
Willingness to go up and down stairs.
Willingness to use scissors and knives to cut chicken.
Must be able to tolerate motion and work on a fast-moving processing line.
Willingness to work on a stand that is two (2) feet above floor level.
Willingness to stand, walk, bend, stretch, climb, push, pull, and reach.
Lifting is done in many areas (weight depends on the area.)
These positions work in a cold, damp, or hot, humid environment, and these areas may have slippery walking surfaces.
Willing to walk up and down stairs as some departments are located on the lower level.
Willingness to stand on and work on a platform that is about two feet above floor level.
If you were previously employed at Tyson, there’s a 365-day waiting period before you can reapply.
You can apply if you’ve worked at Tyson no more than three times.
If you had a failed drug screen, there is a 6-month waiting period.
