About The Position

We are seeking dependable General Laborers to support daily operations and maintain a safe, organized, and productive work environment. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy physical work, are detail-oriented, and take pride in contributing to the success of a team. You will play an important role in supporting facility operations and ensuring work is completed efficiently.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a general labor or maintenance role
• Ability to operate a forklift and other warehouse equipment safely
• Strong communication skills and a "no task is too small" team attitude
• Must be able to work overtime and weekends

Nice To Haves

• High School Diploma or GED preferred

Responsibilities

• Maintain facility cleanliness through regular sweeping, mopping, and debris removal
• Assist with loading and unloading materials and supporting specialized departments with part preparation
• Execute basic facility upkeep and handyman tasks as needed to keep the shop in top shape
• Help with company functions, including moving furniture and cleaning equipment.
• Support the warehouse department with shipping and receiving tasks
• Operate warehouse equipment and assist with local logistics as required
• Uphold strict safety standards by keeping a clear, organized workspace and following all compliance rules
