About The Position

InProduction is hiring a full-time, direct-hire General Labor team member to clean, prepare, and de-prepare rental equipment using pressure washers, cleaning agents, and hand tools. The role includes inspecting equipment for damage or excessive wear, reporting issues to supervisors, performing basic maintenance, and supporting warehouse or yard operations as directed.

The employee helps maintain clean, organized, safe facilities and work areas, including cleaning bays and storage zones. They must follow safety procedures, wear appropriate personal protective equipment when required, and clean and maintain tools and equipment at the end of each shift. Other duties may be assigned as required.

The work environment includes outdoor work, excessive noise, moving machinery, and dust. Safety clothing and equipment may sometimes be required. Compensation is $18–$20 per hour, with overtime pay.

Requirements

• High school education or equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and safety.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must pass background check and drug screening requirements.
• Familiarity with basic hand tools.
• Ability to read and understand safety instructions.
• Able to work overtime occasionally.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in general labor, equipment cleaning, or warehouse work.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English.

Responsibilities

• Clean, prepare, and de-prepare rental equipment using pressure washers, cleaning agents, and hand tools.
• Inspect equipment for damage or excessive wear and report issues to supervisors.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including cleaning bays and storage zones.
• Follow safety procedures and wear appropriate personal protective equipment.
• Perform basic maintenance tasks as needed, such as replacing glass and removing tape and decals.
• Support other warehouse or yard operations as directed.
• Ensure appropriate safety measures are followed.
• Clean and properly maintain tools and equipment at the end of each shift.
• Help maintain a safe and orderly facilities environment.
• Perform other duties as required.
