About The Position

This position is for General Labor on the 3rd shift ONLY. The role involves working safely, following food safety policies, packing product at a specified rate, palletizing, and making boxes. The job requires the ability to bend, scoop, and stand for the entire shift, complete paperwork, train others, relieve colleagues, assist in other departments, and maintain clean work areas. Occasional lifting of 25-50 pounds is also required.

Requirements

• Must have experience in packing product

Nice To Haves

• Must be able to communicate with others as well as management
• Must have understanding of FDA guide lines and company policies.
• Mathematical skills
• Bilingual is preferred

Responsibilities

• Ability to work in a safe manner and follow safety guidelines
• Understand and follow Food Safety Policies
• Ability to Pack on all Lines at the specified rate
• Ability to palletize and make boxes
• Ability to bend, scoop and stand for the entire shift
• Be able to complete paperwork as needed for position
• Train others as needed to increase their skill level
• Relieve others as needed, assist or fill in for Operators
• Ability to assist in other departments
• Ability to clean and organize work areas
• Ability to lift 25-50 pounds occasionally
