About The Position

This is a physical position on the production line at the Troy Conagra Plant, where Slim Jim's are produced. The role involves monitoring and troubleshooting production equipment to ensure continuous production flow. The associate will supply the lines, perform product checks for quality, collaborate with other departments, and maintain a clean work area in compliance with food safety and OSHA requirements. This is a manufacturing environment with large machinery and moving parts, which can be noisy. Overtime may be required.

Requirements

Lifting up to 30 pounds
Climbing stairs
Using hands to move things
Ability to work in a noisy manufacturing environment with large machinery and moving parts
Overtime may be needed

Monitor and troubleshoot the operation of production equipment to ensure continuous production.
