About The Position

This role involves performing general labor tasks in a manufacturing or warehouse environment. The position requires physical stamina, the ability to work efficiently to meet production demands, and participation in teamwork. Responsibilities include maintaining a clean work area, operating machinery, and performing assembly tasks.

Requirements

• Must have good hand - eye coordination.
• Be able to work overtime when needed.
• Good hand-eye coordination.
• Manufacturing: 1 year (Preferred)
• Industrial equipment: 1 year (Preferred)
• Assembly: 1 year (Preferred)

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in warehouse or manufacturing environment.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to properly use and understand the required measurement equipment, including tape measures and other tools required by specific jobs.

Responsibilities

• Occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds and frequent lifting of 10-20 pounds.
• Properly use and understand required measurement equipment including tape measures, and other tools as required by specific jobs.
• Participate in the principles of teamwork.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organized work environment.
• Operate and perform at speeds necessary to meet production demand.
• Bend, reach, and stand for 8 hours or more hours per day.
• Bend, reach, stoop, squat, and stand for 8 hours.
• Understand machine set-up, machine runs, plant data entry, handwork, or assembly as Job segments.
