About The Position

This requisition is exclusively for candidates attending our Onsite Hiring Event on August 6, 2026, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST at 8313 Triad Dr, Greensboro, NC 27409. The role involves working as part of a team in a manufacturing operation with the goal of increasing productivity, decreasing downtime, and reducing waste. The position requires assisting with all jobs on the plant floor, maintaining a safe work environment, and adhering to company safety rules and lock-out tag-out procedures. Additionally, the role involves maintaining the shop and shop equipment according to 5S Standards and performing other assigned duties. The job may require stacking parts up to 30 lbs for up to 12 hours.

Requirements

• Must attend hiring event on August 6th (8 AM - 5 PM EST).
• High School Graduate or GED.
• Be passionate about maintaining a safe work environment.
• Must be able to work overtime and weekends as needed.
• Must be willing to work the first and second shift.
• Must have a good attendance record.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must be willing to work closely on a day-to-day basis with other production personnel.
• Ability to share ideas with others to solve problems of essential importance.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Thrive in a cross-functional team environment.
• Work with a sense of urgency to reduce downtime of machines.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple requests simultaneously.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in a packaging or other manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Possess an understanding that temperatures and volumes of work may vary.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a team in support of a manufacturing operation with a goal of increasing productivity; decreasing downtime and waste.
• Assume active role in overall plant and facilities-related work.
