About The Position

PTMW, Inc is seeking a reliable and efficient laborer to join our manufacturing team in the Wood & Insulation department. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing precut Styrofoam insulation in metal buildings, ensuring that all installations meet our high standards of quality and safety.

Requirements

• Self motivated conscientious worker
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to pass a drug and alcohol test and physical capacity test, including, but not limited to, the ability to lift up to 100 lbs.

• General understanding of construction methods and materials.
• Able to use power tools
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials.

Responsibilities

• Apply precut Styrofoam insulation materials to walls, ceilings, and floors of metal enclosures.
• Consistently achieve or exceed daily performance targets in a fast-paced environment.
• Operate power tools safely and efficiently.
• Inspect completed work to ensure it meets quality and safety standards.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations.
• Clean and maintain equipment and work area.
• Follow all safety guidelines and procedures.
• Assist in other areas of production as needed or as assigned.
