About The Position

As a General Labourer in our warehouse, you will play a key role in supporting daily warehouse operations, including packaging, sorting, repacking, and preparing products for distribution. You will help ensure that products are handled safely and efficiently while maintaining quality standards and a clean work environment. This position requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment.

Requirements

Previous experience working in a warehouse environment.
Experience with packaging and general warehouse duties.
Ability to perform repetitive tasks and lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Legally eligible to work full-time in Canada.
Proof of Eligibility to Work in Canada (Valid Photo ID, Social Insurance Number, Work Permit status).
Completed Training Certificates (WHMIS, AODA, OHSA, Workplace Violence and Harassment, relevant equipment certifications).
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) including steel-toe safety boots and safety vest.

Nice To Haves

Any relevant equipment certifications, if applicable (e.g., Forklift, Scissor Lift, etc.).

Responsibilities

Assist with general warehouse duties, including packaging, sorting, repacking, and preparing products for shipment.
Perform heavy lifting throughout the shift (up to 50 lbs).
Inspect products for quality and ensure all items are in good condition.
Label and tag products accurately as required.
Maintain an organized warehouse to support efficiency and workplace safety.
Follow all company safety policies and warehouse procedures.
Assist with inventory control, stock replenishment, and restocking activities.
Safely operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (training may be provided).
Keep work areas clean, organized, and free from hazards.
Support team members and supervisors with other warehouse tasks as assigned.
