About The Position
We are hiring dependable, hardworking individuals to support our upcoming live events. These are hands-on roles focused on event setup, breakdown, transportation, and installation. Ideal candidates are team-oriented, flexible, and comfortable working in fast-paced environments. Production staff needs to constantly be on their feet and be able to work long hours outdoors, requiring physical stamina and high energy levels.
Requirements
- Prior carpentry or construction experience required
- Must know how to operate 24–26 ft box trucks and trailers
- Ability to lift heavy materials and work on your feet for extended periods
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and varying schedules
- Reliable transportation and strong work ethic
Nice To Haves
- Forklift and scissor lift operators is a plus
- Forklift and/or scissor lift experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Build, assemble, and install event structures and components
- Perform basic repairs and modifications onsite
- Assist with loading/unloading, setup, and breakdown of event materials
- Support various teams as needed onsite
- Transport equipment and materials to and from event sites
- Ensure safe handling and timely delivery of all items
- Assist with décor setup, styling, and installations
- Handle event props, furniture, and design elements with care
- Support breakdown and packing post-event
