About The Position

The General Laborer is the front-line employee who performs the manufacturing processes that add value and create high-quality products. This role is at a Dairy Foods manufacturing facility for Land O’Lakes, creating dairy products that stand for real, simple goodness. Land O'Lakes is a Fortune 250, farmer-owned agriculture and food manufacturing cooperative.

Requirements

18 years or older
6+ months of manufacturing experience
Forklift Experience and/or Certification
Ability to read, write, comprehend, follow verbal and written instructions
Possess basic mathematical skills

Nice To Haves

High School Diploma or GED
Self-Reliant and able to accurately work under limited supervision
Able to trouble shoot mechanical problems
Customer focused and able to work in a collaborative team
Ability to be flexible in work performed and schedule
Knowledge of various pieces of high-tech manufacturing processing and packaging equipment. Examples include but not limited to baggers, palletizers and cookers.
