This role is for the 2nd Shift, working from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM, with potential for overtime.

Requirements

• Typically possesses a high school diploma (or equivalent).
• Ability to read a tape measurer.
• Basic verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to listen, understand, and follow directions.
• Ability to work in a variety of roles.
• Lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Stooping, bending, and moving about the plant for up to 12 hours per day.

Responsibilities

• Routinely clean and lubricate equipment.
• Maintain a manufacturing area free from debris and dirt.
• Prepare or put away tools as assigned.
• Operate machinery following close directions.
• Hold or supply routine materials and tools.
• Load or unload items on machinery and assembly lines.
• Perform routine property care activities.
• Perform any non-technical routine tasks at the plant.
• Conduct routine quality checks on finished products.
• Report any issues to a supervisor or higher-level colleague.
• Follow safety regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
