About The Position

This is a full-time, hourly position for a General Labor Production Associate. The role involves assisting in the quality setup and production of all products, adhering to plant and OSHA safety rules, reading factory orders, and utilizing basic shop math. The associate will also be responsible for reading gauges and test equipment, completing documents, and performing daily cleanup tasks such as vacuuming, sweeping, and managing scrap materials. Other assigned tasks may also be part of the role.

Requirements

• Counting and Stacking finished product
• Basic Reading and Math
• Must work overtime as needed
• Ability to lift to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the quality set up and production of all products
• Follow all Plant and OSHA Safety rules and practices
• Read and understand factory orders
• Utilize basic shop math
• Ability to read gauges and other test equipment
• Accurately complete quality and administrative documents
• Perform clean up functions daily such as vacuuming and sweeping machine area, picking up and shredding scrap materials.
