About The Position

We specialize in creating high-end, luxury outdoor living spaces, and we’re looking for a dependable General Laborer to help us turn blueprints into breathtaking residential retreats. This isn't just "digging holes." You will be an essential part of a specialized team executing high-spec construction projects. Your day-to-day will involve precision site prep, assisting with excavation and site clearing to prepare the canvas for a luxury build. You will get hands-on with the backbone of the pool—bending steel reinforcement (rebar) and assisting with complex concrete forming. You will work alongside lead builders to install high-end plumbing systems and elegant decking. You will maintain a pristine job site using specialized tools and shovels, ensuring the workspace reflects the luxury quality of the brand. You will operate a variety of hand and power tools under expert supervision to ensure every detail is "level and true."
