Join Source Energy Services as a General Labor / Plant Utility team member in Blair, WI. This entry-level position offers growth opportunities, a competitive starting wage of $22/hr plus a $3/hr night shift differential, and a $2,500 sign-on bonus. Requirements

Safety-focused with a strong work ethic
Reliable and willing to learn
Comfortable in a hands-on, physical work environment
Ability to learn plant operations and processes

Nice To Haves

Equipment operation experience
Experience in mining, construction, or industrial environments
Knowledge of MSHA or similar safety regulations

Responsibilities

Operate equipment such as skid steers, dingos, telehandlers, loaders, and man lifts
Monitor plant operations to ensure safe, efficient production
Perform routine plant inspections and report issues
Clean up material spillage (sand, rock, mud) and maintain clean work areas
Wash down floors and properly dispose of waste materials
Pull product samples and support quality control standards
