About The Position

Conagra Brands is hiring a Packaging team member to help produce Duke's Smoked Meats at their Macomb, MI manufacturing facility. This role supports production operations for Duke's Meat Snacks products. The team member will ensure safe, efficient production while maintaining quality standards and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. The facility is located at 23 Mile Rd. and Hayes, Macomb MI. The company has a rich heritage of making great food and aspires to have the most impactful, energized, and inclusive culture in food. Requirements

High school diploma or GED required.
Manufacturing experience preferred.
Mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
Basic computer skills and data entry experience.
Strong attention to safety, quality, and detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform repetitive physical activities throughout the shift.

Responsibilities

Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot packaging equipment to support production goals.
Perform equipment changeovers, adjustments, and basic maintenance activities.
Inspect products to ensure quality, food safety, and operational standards are met.
Complete production, quality, and equipment documentation accurately.
Maintain a clean and organized work area while following GMP and sanitation requirements.
Use computer systems to record production information and support daily operations.
Support safety initiatives and continuous improvement efforts that enhance safety, quality, and efficiency.
