Requirements

Ability to work in a fast‑paced production environment around moving equipment and personnel.
Ability to read a tape measure or ruler accurately.
Strong mathematical skills
Ability to stand, sit, kneel & bend over for long periods of time.
Ability to lift up to 50lbs on a regular basis
Safety‑sensitive role requiring constant alertness and the ability to work safely at all times.
Ability to work overtime, weekends, or rotating shifts as required by business needs.
Effective teamwork skills and the ability to communicate with individuals across various roles.

Responsibilities

Demonstrate commitment to safety and perform job duties in accordance with company safety policies and procedures
Perform job functions in an accurate and efficient manner, such as machine operations including machine setup, packing, palletizing, bundling, stacking, and sorting
Assist operators in efficient operation of the machine centers
Demonstrate commitment to quality and perform job duties in adherence to customer standards
Understand production work orders, load tags, time sheets and all other relevant documents, and palletizing instructions
Understand computer system and input of data
Perform quality checks on finished corrugated products and identify defects
Maintain production efficiencies and standards
Play an active role in the maintenance and cleanliness of assigned equipment and surrounding work area
Understand department communication systems, schedules, time/attendance system and job reporting requirements
Perform other duties as assigned by management/supervisors
