General Labor Helper-Second Shift
About The Position
MPE is hiring General Labor Helpers to support their Assembly team. This is an opportunity for someone looking to start a career in manufacturing with a company that values training, teamwork, and growth. As a General Labor Helper, you will assist with a variety of assembly and production tasks in a clean, team-oriented manufacturing environment. No manufacturing experience is required as the company will train the right candidate. The available shift is the 2nd Shift, from 2:30 pm to 11:00 pm, Monday through Friday, with overtime as required. The pay rate is $18-20/hour.

- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and remain on your feet throughout the shift
- Stable work history with a record of dependability and commitment
Nice To Haves
- Previous manufacturing experience is preferred
Responsibilities
- Assist assemblers with preparing materials and components for production
- Package, label, and move finished products
- Perform basic assembly and production support tasks
- Follow work instructions, quality standards, and safety procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Use hand tools and basic measuring devices as needed
- Support other departments and production activities as assigned
