This is hands-on work—building, assembling, and preparing custom foam products that go out the door to our customers every day. If you like staying busy, working with a team, and seeing the results of what you did at the end of the shift, you’ll fit right in. This role is repetitive at times—but it’s steady, important work that keeps the operation moving.

Requirements

• Basic math and measurement skills
• Ability to stay on your feet and keep moving throughout your shift
• Ability to lift and handle materials (up to ~50 lbs at times)

Responsibilities

• Spray and assemble foam pieces using water-based adhesive
• Organize and stage materials for production
• Bundle, wrap, and package finished foam products to customer specifications
• Label and prepare orders for shipment
• Keep your workspace clean, organized, and safe
• Move materials throughout the plant using proper lifting techniques
• Support other areas as you’re trained
