About The Position
We are currently hiring General Labor Associates to join our team in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. This position is ideal for dependable individuals who are comfortable working in both hot and cold conditions and can adapt to changing schedules. Schedule: 4th Shift Schedule: Sunday–Monday: Start time 3:00 AM Tuesday–Wednesday: Start time 11:00 AM Thursday: Start time 7:00 PM Days Off: Friday & Saturday Schedule times may change weekly and daily based on production needs. Candidates must be flexible and open to schedule adjustments.
Requirements
- Ability to work in varying temperatures, including hot and cold environments.
- Must be flexible and willing to work changing schedules.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
- Strong work ethic and reliable attendance.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Nice To Haves
- Previous food manufacturing, warehouse, or production experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Perform general labor duties in a food manufacturing facility.
- Assist with production and packaging operations.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Follow food safety, quality, and company guidelines.
