About The Position

Bridor is hiring for several production-support positions at our industrial bakery manufacturing facility in Vineland, New Jersey. Starting pay varies by position and ranges from $18.82 to $19.73 per hour. To be considered, applicants must have relevant experience or qualifications that align with at least one of the following areas: Packing, Quality Control/MiniTabs, Sanitation, Palletizing, De-boxing or production material handling. Applicants will be considered for the position that most closely matches their experience and qualifications.

Requirements

• Packing or packaging experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• Quality control, product inspection, documentation, or MiniTabs experience
• Industrial or food-manufacturing sanitation experience
• Palletizing, warehouse, or finished-product handling experience
• De-boxing, material handling, or production-line support experience
• Ability to stand and work for the full 12-hour shift
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to lift, carry, bend, reach, and move materials as required
• Ability to follow food safety, quality, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures
• Reliable attendance and dependable transportation
• Availability to work the complete assigned schedule, including weekends when required

Responsibilities

• Packing and inspecting finished bakery products
• Monitoring products for quality, weight, labeling, and packaging accuracy
• Recording quality information using MiniTabs or production documentation
• Stacking and preparing finished products for storage or shipment
• Removing products or materials from boxes for production use
• Cleaning and sanitizing production equipment and work areas
• Following food safety, GMP, quality, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures
• Keeping assigned areas clean, organized, and production-ready
• Reporting product, equipment, quality, or safety concerns to a supervisor
• Supporting production goals in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
