About The Position

Mechanical Dynamics and Analysis LLC (MD&A) is seeking a qualified individual for a General Labor/Casting position within the Bearings, Seals and Hydraulics Division in Euclid, Ohio. This role involves assisting in various operations, including casting, deburring, and cleaning of parts, as well as general shop support. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of following work instructions and leadership directives.

Requirements

Ability to use and operate various air driven tools such as die grinders, impact wrenches, needle scalers.
Ability to operate industrial equipment such as overhead cranes, furnaces, spin machines, metal melting equipment, and lift trucks.
Strong mechanical aptitude with an ability to diagnose and troubleshoot problems with minimal guidance.
Physical stamina.
Lifting ability (often up to 50 lbs).
Strict adherence to safety protocols.

Responsibilities

Assist in different areas of Operations with various duties.
Perform casting, deburring, and cleaning of parts.
Support the shop where needed.
Use and operate various air-driven tools such as die grinders, impact wrenches, and needle scalers.
Operate industrial equipment including overhead cranes, furnaces, spin machines, metal melting equipment, and lift trucks.
Follow instructions from more experienced employees to operate machines, hold or supply materials and tools, and load/unload items from machines.
Support all areas of the shop as needed.
Adhere strictly to safety protocols.
