About The Position

Assemblers/Disassemblers will be required to maneuver/handle an assortment of packaged cabinets and cabinet accessories from a skid onto a pneumatic lift work table. Weights of the product(s) vary based on size and components. Assistance from other team members is required as needed. Operators will then be required to utilize our internal labeling database to scan package barcodes to generate unique identifying labels. This process also "Checks In" the inbound product to ensure traceability. After product is scanned and checked in, the operator will be responsible for un-packaging and inspecting the product for damage/defects. If the product is acceptable to process the operator will be required to start disassembling the cabinets and applying identifying labels to all components. Use of a hand drill will be required during this process. All products that require paint applications will be sent down the conveyors. All products that do not require paint application must be stored onto the cabinet line storage carts and or storage bins. Once painted and dried, cabinets are then re-assembled.
