About The Position
Supervises the daily operations relating to microbiology and molecular microbiology analytical testing to include assigning and monitoring work performance, evaluating program and work objectives and effectiveness and realigning work and staffing assignments as necessary. Serves as technical expert for all sections of the laboratory and coordinates biosafety operations and serves as an in-house compliance auditor. Manages approximately 25 exempt and non-exempt clinical staff.
