About The Position

• Clear communication, especially when issues arise.
• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Desire for growth and honesty about current knowledge gaps.
• Strong self-direction and excellent communication skills (especially for remote candidates).
• Availability during evenings and weekends around announce dates, on-sales, and event weeks.
• Understanding and acceptance of the company's time-off policy, which restricts time off during specific periods around festivals and major events.
