About The Position

This is a probationary training position for a General Helper at the Biglerville Container Facility. The role involves assisting operators and helpers of corrugating and converting machinery, including setup, operation, and clean-up. The position is full-time, working a 6pm-6am shift with a 4 days on, 4 days off schedule. No mandatory overtime is required. The pay rate ranges from $22.41/hr. up to $29.98/hr.

Requirements

• Manufacturing experience preferred
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Weekend availability, as this is a 24/7 manufacturing plant
• Lifting up to 50 lbs
• Ability to communicate and work well with others
• Willingness to cross train on multiple positions
• Ability to accurately use and read measuring devices
• Ability to read, write and speak English
• Willingness to comply with all Company policies and procedures including safety and good housekeeping
• Candidates must successfully complete an online Operations test and Interview.
• Employment offers are contingent upon successful completion of a pre-employment Health Assessment, Drug Screen and Background Check, prior to starting work.
