About The Position

3M Little Rock is seeking General Helpers. This position is a FULL-TIME Position.

Requirements

• Possess a High School Diploma/GED or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution.
• One (1) year of general labor, manufacturing, and/or construction experience in a private, public, government or military environment.
• Applicants meeting the basic qualifications above may be required to take and pass 3M elected testing as part of the selection process.
• Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of work areas
• Handling hazardous waste following appropriate plant procedures
• Operating heavy machinery and PIV’s including, but not limited to Forklifts and Guzzler Trucks
• Assist with production line.
• Clean production area
• Load and unload items from machines, carts, and/or dollies.
• Responsibilities of this position include that corporate policies, procedures and security standards are complied with while performing assigned duties.
