About The Position
We are looking for a Salad Prep team member to prepare fresh salads and serve guests in a friendly, efficient manner. This role is responsible for maintaining a clean, appealing service area and delivering excellent customer service. Cross-training for other stations (grill, pizza, cashier) are part of this job responsibility. Final compensation will be determined based on relevant skills, experience, qualifications, and internal equity. We are committed to offering competitive compensation and comply with all applicable pay transparency legislation. Requirements
- Experience in food preparation and customer service
- Strong understanding of safe food handling
- Friendly, approachable, and comfortable interacting with guests
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
- Reliable and detail‑oriented
- Team player able to service other station including grill, pizza, chef's table & cashier (if needed)
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal.)
Responsibilities
- Prepare fresh salads and toppings following food safety standards
- Provide customer‑facing service with a welcoming, professional attitude
- Maintain a clean, organized salad bar and prep station
- Ensure accurate portioning and presentation
- Restock ingredients and communicate shortages
- Support overall kitchen and service operations as needed
- Cross-training for other stations (grill, pizza, cashier)
