About The Position

General Help Associates start as entry level at an hourly rate of $20.50. After an initial onboarding period, the Entry Level Associates immediately begin a state-of-the-art training and certification program to allow potential rapid advancement to higher position and increased wages. This role involves reading factory orders, counting and stacking finished product, accurately reading gauges and other test equipment, utilizing basic shop math, inspecting, and accurately completing quality and administrative documents. The position also includes learning various processes for operating converting and corrugating machines, as well as assigned clean-up functions such as blowing down the machine, wiping off shafts, cleaning ink systems, vacuuming and sweeping the machine area, and picking up and shredding scrap.
