General Help (Kitchen/Housekeeping), Temporary Full Time
About The Position
This is a temporary full-time position where you will be responsible for supporting daily operations with a wide range of tasks including cleaning, housekeeping, food preparation, serving meals, and dishwashing. You will perform housekeeping duties such as maintaining the cleanliness of residents' rooms and common areas. You will also assist with food preparation, setup and cleanup of chairs & tables, serving meals, delivering trays to residents, dishwashing, and maintaining the cleanliness of the kitchen. All duties must be performed according to health & safety guidelines, and all injuries and hazards must be reported to the supervisor immediately.
Requirements
- A valid Food Handler Certificate or provincial equivalent
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Good command of English language, both verbal and written and ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Nice To Haves
- Previous commercial housekeeping and food services experience is an asset
Responsibilities

- Perform duties according to health & safety guidelines, report all injuries and hazards to the supervisor immediately and other reasonable requests from management.
