About The Position

This is a part-time position where you will be responsible for supporting daily operations with a wide range of tasks such as cleaning, food preparation, serving meals, and dishwashing. As a General Help, you will assist with customer service, food preparation, initial baking and cooking of foods, dishwashing, and maintaining cleanliness of the kitchen. You will perform duties according to health & safety guidelines, report all injuries and hazards to the supervisor immediately, and fulfill other reasonable requests from management.

Requirements

• Must have a valid Food Handler Certificate or provincial equivalent
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Good command of English language, both verbal and written and ability to follow written and verbal instructions

Nice To Haves

• Previous and food services experience is an asset
• Previous experience in the healthcare environment or long-term care setting is preferred
