Requirements

• Strong communication skills, professionalism, and a dependable, punctual work ethic.
• Must own a truck, van, or SUV capable of transporting tools and materials.
• Must have your own tools and be able to work independently.
• Ability to lift and handle heavy tools and equipment.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to navigate and use an online portal system.
• All HVAC technicians must have EPA certification to comply with new refrigerant regulations.
• General Liability Insurance is required; COI must be provided.
• W9 form with a valid Tax ID is required.
• Completion of onboarding video training with a live vendor representative is required before receiving work orders.

Nice To Haves

• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, or related trades.
