About The Position

The Division of Gastroenterology in the Department of Medicine at Tufts Medical Center is seeking a full time General Endoscopist to join our expanding clinical and academic team in Boston, Massachusetts. We are recruiting a physician at the level of Assistant or Associate Professor to practice at our endoscopy center and perform procedures for our increasing number of referred patients. This is a high-volume clinical role to support our large number of referrals for colonoscopy and upper endoscopy. Compensation is commensurate with this high-volume procedural position. There is no required outpatient gastroenterology ambulatory clinic. Tufts Medical Center is a premier academic medical center, located in the center of Boston, with an excellent gastroenterology fellowship program and multiple opportunities for teaching and research. We have a state of the art of endoscopy center with new equipment and outstanding anesthesia and nursing support. You will have an experienced support team for procedural support and outstanding colleagues and departmental infrastructure for academic and administrative support.

Requirements

Board Certified/Eligible in Gastroenterology
Passionate and interested in teaching and building a busy clinical practice
Able to obtain a Massachusetts medical license
