  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Ability to work on-site in a factory environment, including standing, walking, and occasional lifting.
  • Must pass a background check and drug screen.

  • Former military experience preferred; ideal candidates have Engineering Combat MOS (Field 13) or NMCBs BU or SW rating.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and direct production teams across framing, assembly, finishing, and related crews in the light gauge steel modular home factory.
  • Plan and coordinate daily and weekly production schedules to meet throughput, quality, and delivery targets.
  • Ensure work complies with company standards, California building codes, HCD requirements, OSHA, and internal quality and safety protocols.
  • Monitor production output, labor efficiency, material usage, scrap, rework, and downtime, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Lead pre-shift meetings, assign work, coach crew members, and hold teams accountable for performance and safety.
  • Oversee factory quality control.
  • Coordinate with Engineering, Maintenance, Materials, Shipping, and the Superintendent to maintain workflow and resolve bottlenecks.
