About The Position

Wolf Tree, Inc., a Davey company, is looking to add a dynamic general foreperson to their passionate team of electrical facility maintenance professionals. This role involves managing, directing, and supervising crew leaders, field personnel, and equipment, as well as planning and executing assigned work. The work environment is outdoors, offering a new view every day.

Requirements

Love of the outdoors
Ability to complete Electrical Hazard Awareness Program and OSHA training
Ability to complete the Davey Tree First Aid, CPR and defensive driving course upon hire
Valid driver’s license

Nice To Haves

Commercial Driver’s License-Class A or B with Airbrake Endorsement
Line clearance experience or other related tree work
Relevant pesticide and related licenses and certificates, if required by state law
ISA Certified Arborist®, ISA Certified Tree Worker®, and/or TCIA Certified Tree Care Safety Professional®

Responsibilities

Manage, direct and supervise crew leaders, field personnel and equipment
Plan and execute assigned work
Organize and assign crews and equipment to efficiently perform the required work
Understand and follow all company policies, procedures, and work rules
Maintain accurate records of required work
Oversee the hiring and training of all Davey employees in territory
Investigate accidents and promptly report to appropriate management
